Garden Court Hotel in Downtown Palo Alto is the preferred venue for all types of events; small board meetings to large confreences, celebrations of any size and weddings. We are technologically equipped t meet the needs of today's global business traveler.
Wednesday Night Lobby Reception - You are invited
Offered Wednesday evenings between 5:00pm and 7:00pm come meet hotel staff, experience service style and begin familiarizing yourself with menu and beverage selections offered for your event.
(Lobby Receptions are not held during major holiday weeks)

Menu and beverage
All menus and beverages are provided through the hotel. We offer the option of corkage fee wine and champagne.
Technical assistance
Full audio visula packages and individual rentals are available including
- Complimentary wired and wireless internet access
- Teleconferencing
- A/V technician on sight support
- All A/V equipment required to support your event.
Event Planing
We work to have all corporate events planned no later than (10) days prior to the event, so you will have time to make any revisions. Your Event Manager will have coordinated your event througout our internal departments, and will "pass the baton" to your Banquet Captain who will run production on the day of your event.
Event room amenities
Event rooms include complimentary wirless and wired internet access, complimentary standard linens with a choice of many colors. Specialty chair covers, sashes, and table linens such as organza and damask fabrics are available at an additinal cost per item. Complimentary hurricane candle centerpieces are included for each guest table. We also provide pads, pens, bottled water, and European candies for all guest tables.
Transportation
At your request, Garden Court Hotel can arrange all transportation for you and your guests and we recommend Mosaic Global Transportations. We provide complimentary valet parking for all guests attending the event.
Guests staying over will incur an overnight parking fee.
Welcome Amenities and VIPs
Special arrangements may be made for clients to purchase welcome amenities for their VIP guests.
Shipping and Receiving
Garden Court Hotel has full shipping and receiving services for all materials and sinage required for your events success. Please make arrangements with your Event Manager prior to shipping.
